Exercise your privacy rights
At TheAdvanced, we understand the importance of protecting the personal data of our members and customers. You can control the personal data that TheAdvanced has obtained, and exercise your data protection rights at any time. Please note that in some cases your ability to control your personal data will be limited, as required or permitted by applicable law.
These rights aren't limited to people with a TheAdvanced account. If we contacted you about someone else, for example asking you to vouch for a membership application, you can exercise the same rights over the personal data we hold about you.
Subject to the conditions the law attaches to each one, you can ask us to: confirm what we hold about you and get a copy of it; correct inaccurate data; erase it, or restrict what we do with it; and object to our processing, including where we rely on legitimate interests. Where we can't act exactly as requested, for example because we're required to keep a minimal accountability record, we'll tell you what we're keeping and why.
We can only act on the copy of your data that we hold. We can't recall a message already delivered, and we can't reach a copy that someone else, such as the person who gave us your details, holds independently of us.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
TheAdvanced is operated by PROXC LLC, which is the data controller responsible for the personal data described on this page.
How to submit a request
To submit a request regarding personal information that TheAdvanced processes, or to raise any question about your personal data, contact us at [email protected] (PROXC LLC, attn: Privacy). We will respond as soon as possible, and as required by applicable law.
To protect your privacy and security, we must be able to verify your identity before we can process a request to exercise any of the privacy rights you may be entitled to under applicable law. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide against our records. We may conduct the verification process by email, and we may ask you to provide additional relevant information based on your relationship with us. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
If you don't have a TheAdvanced account, we'll verify your request by confirming the email address it concerns and any other details you can reasonably provide. We won't ask you to create an account to exercise these rights.
