The community serves as a platform for professionals who share a common goal of progressing in their careers and making a positive impact in their respective industries. Its purpose is to encourage innovation and expansion by uniting a diverse group of skilled individuals from around the world through exclusive opportunities for professional networking and development.

Membership is currently by invitation only. You need to be nominated and invited by a current member(s). Membership criteria are set in order to maintain the quality and exclusivity of this community, and ensure the that our members are among the top and brightest professionals in the industry, and can collaborate on cutting-edge research, share best practices, and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and regulations in the field.

In general, to be considered for membership in the exclusive professional community, applicants must meet the following criteria: 

  1. Education and professional qualifications: Applicants must possess a minimum of four-year university degree or equivalent experience and training in their area of expertise with the possession of one or more professional certifications of one of the Accepted Certifications list.

  2. Experience: Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience working in their field of expertise, with a proven track record of success in managing complex challenges and teams.

  3. Reputation, professional achievements and standing: Applicants must have a strong reputation and standing within their professional community, as demonstrated by peer recognition, awards, or publications.

  4. Contributions to the field: Applicants must have made significant contributions to the field of expertise or industry through research, innovation, or thought leadership.

  5. Ethical standards: Applicants must adhere to ethical standards set by the community, including respecting privacy and confidentiality, avoiding conflicts of interest, and maintaining professional integrity.

  6. Referral or nomination: Applicants must be nominated or endorsed by at least two existing members of the community or go through a rigorous application process that includes peer reviews and recommendations.

  7. Membership Fees: Members must pay an annual fee to maintain their membership status and support the community's initiatives.

 

Note that meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee membership, as membership is ultimately decided by the community's selection committee based on the number of available spots and the competitiveness of the applicant pool.

Professionals can apply for membership at anytime during the year. Twice a year the membership committee gathers and systematically review applications in the order they were received and notify applicants of their status in due course. While membership is currently restricted to candidates who have been nominated by existing members, professionals with an interest can apply to be considered on the waiting list. In general, the application process goes as following:

  1. Application form: Interested prospective members must complete an online application form.

  2. Initial Response: After reviewing the application we will reply back with the detailed process requirments.

  3. References: Prospective members will need to provide references from colleagues, peers, or industry experts who can attest to their qualifications, accomplishments, and character.

  4. Screening: Twice a year, the membership committee screens the applications and references to determine if the candidate meets the community's eligibility criteria.

  5. Interview: We may conduct interviews with the candidate to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit with the community.

  6. Notification: The candidate is notified of the decision, which may be an acceptance, rejection, or request for additional information.

The membership committee gathers twice a year and systematically review applications and notify applicants of their status in due course. Due to the high volume of waitlist applications received, the processing of membership applications may take some time. Typically, applicants can expect to receive a decision within a few weeks after the reopening of membership review window. Applications are reviewed in the order in which they were received.

To maintain membership, members are required to earn a minimum of 150 participation points per year to maintain their membership status.

Members are required to earn 150 points every year to be able to renew their membership. Members earn points toward their membership through various activities, such as attending relevant training or development programs, participating in industry events, volunteering for community service projects, and submitting relevant publications or presentations. Points are assigned based on the level and type of participation in each activity.

  1. Ongoing Participation - 50 points

    • Attend at least one community event or activity per quarter: 10 points per event, up to 40 points per year

    • Actively participate in online forums or discussion groups: 10 points per year

    • Contribute to the community in a meaningful way, such as by sharing knowledge or volunteering to help with events: 10 points per year

  2. Continuing Education - 50 points

    • Complete a minimum of 10 hours of continuing education in the field each year: 10 points per year

    • Attend industry conferences, seminars, or workshops: 10 points per event, up to 30 points per year

    • Read and summarize articles or research in the field: 5 points per article, up to 20 points per year

  3. Adherence to Code of Conduct - 30 points

    • Adhere to the community's code of conduct at all times: 10 points per year

    • Report any violations of the code of conduct to the community leadership: 10 points per year

    • Act as an advocate for the community and its values: 10 points per year

  4. Professionalism - 30 points

    • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with other community members: 10 points per year

    • Refrain from engaging in unethical behavior or conflicts of interest: 10 points per year

    • Act as a mentor or guide to newer members: 10 points per year

  5. Membership Dues - 20 points

    • Pay all membership dues on time: 10 points per year

    • Contribute additional funds to support community initiatives or events: 10 points per year

  6. Leadership and Volunteering - 20 points

    • Serve on a committee or take on a leadership role within the community: 10 points per year

    • Volunteer to help with community events or activities: 10 points per year

Yes, the community has annual membership fees that are necessary to sustain the community's operations and provide valuable resources and benefits to our members.

Yes, members are able to cancel their membership at anytime; however, please note that membership fees are non-refundable. Once canceled, your membership will remain active until the end of the paid membership term, allowing you to continue enjoying all benefits, resources, and privileges during this period.
